Thomas Otto Rotzal, Sr., age 70, of Milford, formerly of Fairfield, beloved husband of Cindy Rotzal, passed on Friday, July 16, 2021. Tom’s lifelong passion was for cars. He drove a tow truck from the age of 17, and continued working on and collecting cars throughout his life. Tom was also an avid bowler, competing in leagues since a child with his father at Circle Lanes. After moving to Milford, Tom began bowling at AMF Milford Lanes.
In addition to his beloved wife, Cindy, Tom is survived by two sons, Thomas Rotzal, Jr. (TJ) and wife Tanya, and Jason Rotzal; a step-son, Shawn Miller; two grandchildren, Tiana and Tommie Rotzal; two brother-in-laws, John Barate, and Al Nalewajk; three sister-in-laws, Sharon Troy, Nancy Nalewajk, and Dawn Roberge; as well as several nieces and nephews. Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Otto and Jean Rotzal; and his sister, Nancy Barate.
Friends and family are invited to gather Tuesday, July 20, 2021 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield.
