Carol DaSilva Obituary

Carol J. DaSilva, age 82, of Easton, beloved wife of 63 years of Richard J. DaSilva, Sr. passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Marshfield, MA, the daughter of the late Arthur and Katherine, she had been an area resident since 1969. Carol qualified as an X-ray Technician early in her life and also worked as an interior decorator in Fairfield. She then began a long and successful partnership with her husband co-owning several businesses. Raising her family and running her businesses were Carol's greatest joys. In addition to her loving husband, Richard, she will be sadly missed by her daughter, Melissa Lee and her husband, Dan of Stamford; four cherished granddaughters, Haleigh, Lindsay, Carli and Jacie; two brothers, Alan Duke of Manchester and Thomas Duke of Pace, FL and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Ricardo J. DaSilva, Jr., her grandson, Ricardo J. DaSilva, III and a sister, Patricia Blanchette. Due to current conditions, a private entombment service will be held at the Oak Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
